All old blue recycle bins and trash bins can be taken to the Transfer Station on Minturn Road for disposal. This ordinance requires a blue recycle cart to be curbside along with the green trash carts in order for the trash to be collected. The Town has a No Bin, No Barrel ordinance in effect. Residents will be contacted when the order has been delivered to the Town and they can pick up their carts. Once enough requests to fill a minimum order for manufacture and delivery, the Town will place the order. 4 and provide their name, address, and telephone number to be added to a waitlist. Resident seeking to obtain a 35 gallon cart should call the Public Works office at 40 ex. Resident must make an appointment to pick up additional or replacement carts at the Public Works facility at 111 Mount Hope Avenue. Replacements can be purchased for $75/EA. Effectively immediately, the Town of Bristol is not responsible for lost or stolen trash and recycling carts. One additional set (1 trash & 1 recycling cart) maximum per home. Beginning on Monday, July 20, 2020, the Town of Bristol Department of Public Works will no longer provide additional free trash and recycling carts. Work-Based Learning Partnership Program. With the win, Elon has equaled the best overall win total and conference win total of the three-year Tony Trisciani era. Jaidyn Denis had two pass break-ups to lead Elon. Defensively, Devonte Chandler had eight tackles, three quarterback hurries and a sack. Chandler Brayboy had a 45-yard kick return, the longest return by Elon this season. The Phoenix is 3-1 when going over 100 yards rushing on the season. Elon went over the 100-yard rushing mark for the first time in the past five contests. The 37 points were the team's highest point total since a 38-13 win at Rhode Island on Oct. Elon stopped Towson on 4-of-6 fourth down attempts. Davis Cheek's passing touchdown to Weeks was the 50 th of his career. It was Weeks' first 100-yard receiving game in 2021. Kortez Weeks had the sixth 100-yard receiving game of his career, finishing with six catches for 124 yards and a touchdown. Elon scored a touchdown on its opening possession of the game for the fourth time in 2021. He equaled his previous career long with a 50-yarder in the third quarter. Skyler Davis' 52-yard field goal in the first quarter was his career long, bettering his previous best of 50 yards. It was the first two-touchdown game of his career. McKinley Witherspoon picked up his fifth and sixth rushing touchdowns of the season. That made the final 37-14 score and was Elon's third rushing touchdown of the contest. Elon iced the game when Jaylan Thomas scored on a 14-yard rush on the first play of the fourth quarter. The 50-yarder was his second 50+ yard field goal of the day. After Towson scored its only touchdown of the second half, Davis connected on his third field goal of the night to make it 30-14. Kortez Weeks, who finished with a season-best 124 yards receiving, got the scoring going in the second half with a 27-yard touchdown reception that made it 27-7. Witherspoon punched it in from a yard out and the Phoenix took a 20-7 lead into the break. After Towson got on the board with a touchdown to make it 13-7, Elon used a 10-play, 75-yard drive to rebuild its 13-point lead. He pushed the lead to 13-0 with a 28-yarder early in the second. The Phoenix went ahead 10-0 later in the first quarter when Skyler Davis connected on a career-long 52-yard field goal. Kortez Weeks had two catches for 64 yards on the drive and McKinley Witherspoon got the first of his two touchdown runs.
